  • Admission and Enrollment

    • Select and apply to an accredited institution in Dubai, ensuring it’s recognized by local authorities.
    • Submit necessary documents such as academic records, English proficiency scores (e.g., IELTS or TOEFL), a statement of purpose, and letters of recommendation.
    • Upon receiving admission, pay a portion of the tuition fee, which may vary (e.g., 25% or 50%).

  • Document Preparation
    Gather these documents:

    • Passport (minimum six months’ validity)

    • Completed visa application form
    • Proof of admission and tuition payment
    • Medical insurance for the study period

  • Applying for the Student Visa

    • Your institution will assist by submitting documents to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai.
    • Pay the visa fees:
      • Registration fee: 3500 Dirham
      • Visa fee: 3000 Dirham
      • Security deposit: 7000 Dirham (refundable after leaving the university)

  • Await Visa Approval

    • The approval process may take several weeks, and your institution will inform you once the visa is approved.

  • Hourly wages range between AED 15 and AED 30.

The UAE, also known as the Emirates, is a country located on the southeastern Arabian Peninsula in Western Asia. It shares borders with Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and is close to Iran. The UAE consists of seven emirates: Abu Dhabi (the capital), Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras al-Khaimah, Umm al-Quwain, and Fujairah. Religion
Islam is the official religion of the UAE, with the majority of Muslims (97%) being Sunni, and a smaller Shia community (3%). Other religions are permitted, with immigrants mainly practicing Christianity (12.6%), Hinduism (6.6%), and Buddhism (2%). However, media broadcasting of non-Muslim religions is restricted, and there are more than 30 churches and one Hindu temple in Bur Dubai.

Languages
Arabic is the national language, with Emiratis primarily speaking the Gulf Arabic dialect, common in nearby Gulf countries. English, influenced by historical ties to the UK, serves as the country’s main lingua franca.

Climate
The UAE experiences a desert climate with hot summers and mild winters, with average annual rainfall of less than 100 mm, mostly during winter. While Abu Dhabi is the capital, Dubai is globally known for its modern architecture and vibrant tourism industry.
